Convs integration
Leads from Meta ads get an SMS from your phone
Convs is a simple CRM for leads from Meta lead ad forms (Facebook and Instagram). Once connected, its automations send SMS through smsportal from your Android phone, and replies come back to the lead’s history in Convs.
How to connect
1. Pair a phone with smsportal
Install the Android app and connect it to your smsportal account. SMS from Convs will go out from this phone.
2. Click “Connect” in Convs or in smsportal
In Convs (its panel is in Polish): Połączenia → Połączone konta → “Połącz ze smsportal.app”. In the smsportal dashboard: Integrations → Convs → Connect. No keys to copy.
3. Pick the phone and click “Allow”
smsportal shows what Convs will be able to do. Choose the phone and approve. You land back in Convs with the connection ready.

From Convs to smsportal
- SMS from Convs automations go out from the phone you choose when connecting.
From smsportal to Convs
- Lead replies land in the person’s history in Convs.
- A STOP reply (also NIE, REZYGNUJĘ, UNSUBSCRIBE) adds the number to the Convs opt-out list.
- Sent, delivered and failed statuses show on the automation step and in the person’s history.
Good to know
- You need an account in Convs and in smsportal. They are two separate services.
- SMS sent by Convs count against your smsportal plan like any other send.
- Convs sees only the phone you chose: SMS that arrive on it, and statuses of the messages Convs sent itself.
- Convs keeps replies only from numbers it knows from leads. A STOP opt-out works for any number.
- Disconnect at any time: in smsportal (Integrations → Disconnect) or in Convs (Połączenia → Połączone konta → the smsportal.app account → Usuń).
