Anti-ban shield

Bulk SMS at a human pace, not a machine’s — lower risk of your SIM card being blocked.

SMS Portal|app splits a campaign into batches, takes random pauses, keeps to the card’s daily limit and your working hours. When several messages in a row fail, it pauses the send on its own.

  • Bulk sends go through the shield and leave in batches.
  • A single SMS, such as a login code, goes out right away.

Batches and random pauses

A script sends in a perfectly even rhythm, without a break. The shield sends a batch with a random gap between messages, then takes a longer pause, also random. The rhythm looks like a person sending texts in rounds.

Three speeds, or your own

You pick the speed in the bulk-send form. Each has a fixed batch size and random ranges for the gaps, so every campaign gets a different rhythm.

  • Careful

A new SIM card or your first large send.

    Batch
    10 SMS
    Gap inside a batch
    8–25 s
    Pause between batches
    3–8 min
    On average
    about 75 SMS/h
  • Normal

    Everyday reminders and notifications.

    Batch
    20 SMS
    Gap inside a batch
    5–15 s
    Pause between batches
    1.5–4 min
    On average
    about 205 SMS/h
  • Fast

A short list when time matters.

    Batch
    40 SMS
    Gap inside a batch
    3–8 s
    Pause between batches
    30–90 s
    On average
    about 525 SMS/h
  • Custom

Your own values, within what Android allows.

    Batch
    1–200 SMS
    Gap inside a batch
    from 2 s
    Pause between batches
    up to 1 h

A 2-second gap is 30 SMS per minute, the Android limit. Every value can go up to 1 hour.

Average with every value in the middle of its range. The daily limit and working hours can lower it.

Daily limit per SIM card

You set how many messages a card may send in one day, for example 150. When a campaign is larger, the rest moves to the following days on its own. The limit also counts what the card sent earlier that day.

A 400-message campaign with a limit of 150 a day.

Working hours

Messages go out only during the hours you choose, for example 09:00–20:00, in the time zone you choose. Anything that falls outside the window waits until it opens. The window can run past midnight, for example 22:00–06:00.

Time zone, e.g. Europe/Warsaw

Two SIM cards taking turns

If the phone has two cards, messages can alternate between them. Each card has its own daily limit, so neither carries the whole campaign.

Automatic pause

When several messages in a row fail (5 by default), the bulk send stops and the dashboard shows a warning. You can also pause and resume by hand. On resume, the remaining messages are planned again, starting from now.

  • sent
  • 5 failed in a row
  • paused
  • resumed: the rest from now

The shield never delays single messages such as login codes. They go out right away.

Why the pace matters

30SMS per minute

That is what Android lets a regular app send. So a custom speed cannot go below a 2-second gap.

Carriers watch the rhythm, not just the text

Carriers look for many messages to different numbers in a short time. Batches, pauses and the daily limit spread that traffic out.

The same text with a link

Anti-scam filters catch repeated content with links. Personalize messages with variables and do not send one link to thousands of people at once.

The shield lowers the risk of a block; it does not guarantee anything. Your carrier’s terms decide what a SIM may send, and marketing needs the recipients’ consent.

Frequently asked questions

Does the shield guarantee my carrier will not block the SIM?

No. The shield lowers the risk: it sends in batches, with random pauses, within a daily limit and during working hours. Whether to block a card is the carrier’s decision under its terms.

Does the shield delay login codes and single messages?

No. The shield applies to bulk sends only. Single messages, such as login codes, go out right away.

What happens when a campaign does not fit in the daily limit?

The remaining messages move to the following days on their own. The limit also counts messages sent earlier the same day, so the card never goes over the number you set.

When does a send pause by itself?

When several messages in a row fail, 5 by default. The dashboard shows a warning. Once you have checked the phone, click Resume and the remaining messages are planned from that moment.

Do I need a phone with two SIM cards?

No. SIM rotation is optional. With one card the shield works the same way; all traffic simply goes through that card and its daily limit.

Where do I turn the shield on?

You pick the speed in the bulk-send form. The daily limit, working hours, SIM rotation and automatic pause live in the device settings in the dashboard.
